Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Your school P&C does more than just raise money for the school. Raising additional funds to assist your child's school in its activities is an important role of the school's Parents & Citizens Association. However, your P&C Association also makes a difference to how your child is educated and can help them enjoy their time at school, resulting in better performance in and out of the class room.

Your P&C Association can only function effectively if you (the parents) actively participate by attending our P&C meetings and supporting their activities. You are eligible to be a member of Theodore's P&C Association, so please consider attending the next P&C meeting and get involved in your child's education, both at home and at school.

Check the school's newsletter for P&C meeting/activity dates or contact the front office.

Permission Notes

All permission notes for activities outside the school must be returned to the school signed by a parent/carer by the due date. Students cannot attend an excursion or camp without a signed permission note.

Credit card / Eftpos payments are still accepted. Processing of card payments will be made only in person at the school’s front office. For the security of credit card details the option of providing details on a school’s permission notes or over the phone will no longer be available.

Personal Belongings

Students should clearly mark their names on all personal belongings including clothing, hats and water bottles. Unclaimed items are sorted at the end of each term. Named items are returned to the owners and the remainder donated to charity. To avoid disappointment due to loss or damage we require all students to leave personal items and toys at home.

Playground Supervision

The school playground equipment should only be used by students during school hours under the supervision of staff. In the interests of the safety of all children, parents should ensure that their children do not use this equipment before or after school.
